Monthly Prices are for 2 people, extra people 4 yrs old and over are $60.00 each per month per person. Maximum 6 people per site.

1-3 DAY RESERVATION - DEPOSIT EQUAL TO 1 NIGHT'S STAY

4-7 DAY & WEEKLY RESERVATION - DEPOSIT EQUAL TO 2 NIGHT'S STAY

MONTHLY RESERVATION - DEPOSIT WILL BE $155.81

HOLIDAY AND EVENT RESERVATION - DEPOSIT EQUAL TO 3 NIGHT'S STAY

CANCELLATION POLICY

DAILY – With 1 week notice, $10 fee. Less than 1 week - loss of deposit (a 1-day charge)

WEEKLY – With 1 week notice, $10 fee. Less than 1 week - loss of deposit (a 2-day charge)

MONTHLY – With 1 month notice, $10 fee. Less than 1 month - loss of deposit ($155.81)

HOLIDAY & EVENT - With 1 month notice, $10 fee. Less than 1 month - loss of deposit (a 3-day charge)

Any daily or weekly reservation made more than 6 months in advance requires a 1 month cancellation notice. Any holiday/special event weekend requires a 3 day minimum stay for beach and premium beach sites, and requires a 1 month cancellation notice.

$10 Cancellation Fee charged on all reservations cancelled, regardless of time cancelled.

Prices subject to change without notice. No refunds for early departure. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Cash. No Checks Accepted.

All late arrivals will have information for them inside the "late arrivals" box located outside the office door. Proceed to your site and please check-in by 9am the following day.
