Emerald Beach RV Park Policy

      Our park amenities are here for you and your guests pleasure but to keep everyone's visit an enjoyable experience, we do need to ensure each guest is aware of our policies. 

Our policy (but not limited to) is as follows:

 

• All RVs must be RVIA certified. We do not allow homemade campers or trailers, ex: School bus conversions, horse trailer conversion, etc. The RV must be manufactured and certified as an RV. 

• CHECK-IN is 1:00PM. CHECK OUT IS 11 AM. All early check-ins and late check outs must be pre-approved by the office and are not guaranteed. If you check out after 11:00am without approval, it is a $50 late fee; after 12pm is a $150 fee. 

• Sites are limited to 6 people per site, regardless of age and including visitors. All outside visitors must check into the office and there is a charge of $6.72 per person, per day if they choose to spend the night or use the amenities.

• Parking passes are needed for all vehicles. Please do not park any vehicle on empty sites, grass, concrete patio, or in the road. Extra vehicles can park in the overflow area by office at a first come first serve basis. If no parking pass is visible, car will be towed at owner’s expense.

• The speed limit through the park is 5 MPH. 

• NO FIREWORKS (including sparklers) or WOOD BURNING FIRES (including solo stove styles) of any kind. Propane and charcoal are acceptable. 

• Quiet time starts at 10pm and last until 8am.

• Our pool can be enjoyed from 9:00am until 10:00pm. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. No glass of any kind near the pool, in the pool, or on beach.

• Children must be supervised. This is especially important when using our pool and bath houses. Pens and fences are not permitted on the premises. 

• Drivers of motorized golf carts must have a valid driver’s license and be 16 or older.

• No hoverboards, electric scooters, electric bikes, barbie cars, etc. can be used. Regardless of age of user.

• NO DRONES. The devices are capable of damaging rigs and people

• Smokers, please pick up your cigarette butts. Please dispose of them properly.

• Please do not tie clothes lines, lights, hammocks, etc. to the parks’ trees.

• There is no outside sleeping of any kind. This includes screen canopies and tents.

• Rugs and mats cannot be on the grass. These kill the grass, and they interfere with our sprinkler system. Also, canopies are allowed only if they do not have a floor.

• No bicycles or skateboards are allowed on pier.

• A solid sewer connection is required by Florida law. You must have a connector or a donut on your sewer hose end that fits tightly into the sewer pipe

• EBRV does not offer ‘buddy’ sites. Connections cannot go under the RVs.

• NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES

• EBRV reserves the right to change guest site numbers if needed and can be done without notice.

PET POLICY

• We allow a max of 3 pets per site; including indoor cats. 

• Pets are required to be on a leash no longer than six (6) feet at all times unles in the designated dog beach. 

• For the safety of all pets and guests, we do not allow pens, kennels, or fences outside of the RV.

• Please be mindful of your dog barking; especially when away.

• You must pick up after your pet immediately, even on your own site. Children should not walk pets unless they are able to keep them under control. Do NOT walk pets on sites even if it is empty. 

• Pets are not permitted on the main beach (west of the pier). We have a fenced in dog beach, with water access, to the East of the pier. 

• Per insurance regulations, pit bulls and rottweilers are not permitted.  Any aggressive dog will be asked to leave the park regardless of breed. 

 

NOTE: Guests that do not completely follow the policy will be asked to leave the Park immediately with NO REFUNDS.
